Willow Out West Floral was born from a love of flowers, the Pacific Northwest, and a golden retriever named Willow. Based in Newberg, Oregon, and rooted in the Willamette Valley, we create hand-crafted wedding florals that blend wildflower texture with timeless design.
Our founder brings a background in fashion to every arrangement, along with formal floral training under celebrity floral designer Paulina Nieliwocki of Blue Jasmine Floral in New York. That combination of fashion sensibility and refined technique shows up in every bouquet — a keen eye for color, texture, and silhouette paired with the warmth and loyalty Willow brings to our days.
From bridal bouquets to full ceremony and reception florals, we work closely with each couple to bring their vision to life, one bloom at a time — approachable, unpretentious, and drawn from the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest.
What to Expect
At Willow Out West Floral, you're not handed off to a team of assistants or designers — you work directly with me, from our very first conversation to the final bloom placed on your wedding day. I personally handle every consultation, every design, and every arrangement, ensuring your florals carry a consistent, thoughtful vision from start to finish.
Because I give each couple this level of personal attention, I intentionally take on a limited number of weddings each year. This means more time dedicated to your vision, and florals that are truly one-of-a-kind rather than assembly-line arrangements.
Our Process
- Inquiry Form — Start by filling out my inquiry form with your wedding date, venue, and vision.
- Discovery Call — If your date is available, you'll receive an invitation to a 30-minute Zoom consultation, where we'll talk through your style, colors, and the feeling you want your florals to bring to your day.
- Custom Quote — Following our call, you'll receive a completely customized quote tailored to your specific vision, florals, and budget — no cookie-cutter packages.
From there, we'll refine the details together until your wedding day, when I'll personally design and deliver every arrangement myself.
